The word “Foundation” can have many meanings: those involving the material world, and those involving the etheric and spiritual level. In the material world we might relate the word foundation to the building of that which is necessary before any new structure, such as a house, an office building, an apartment building, a factory, a warehouse, a mall etc. can be built. These structures must first be designed by the owner and then hire a construction company which then digs long trenches in the ground where it then installs a cement foundation; then it installs the basic electrical wiring and the plumbing tubes for water input and drainage systems. Then it installs the wooden or steel or glass sidings and the roof depending on the size and design of the building. Then of course the interior of the building has to be completed before any new tenants can move in. All of this is involved in the creation of a foundation in the material world.

Then of course the word foundation can be applied as a title to a non-profit organization such as Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Freedom Foundation, The Walton Family Foundation, plus hundreds more. These hundreds of foundations form a spiritual network throughout the world and help to serve the basic needs of millions of people. They are like a structure of service. And the money they distribute is a firm foundation.

Foundation can also be applied to the structure of a human being. Each of us is in the process—life after life—of building a more purified and karmic free physical structure. This is the planned work of our higher Self, our Soul, and it does this to prepare the human kingdom to become a solid foundation on which God, our divine Creator, can build a divine structure that radiates His divine Light, Love and Power. God, of course, has a divine Plan that He has designed for planet Earth; and so each of us is a part of this divine structure that will take thousands of human years to build. God, of course, is way beyond human time, so His building schedule is likely determined by the greater Plan for our solar system. So for humanity today our most important responsibility is to focus on building a more purified structure. Let each of our lives, now and in the future, help to build a solid and balanced foundation on which can be constructed a glorious radiation of Love and Wisdom.

Just as electrical wiring is installed in a building foundation here on the physical plane, it is likewise necessary for every one of us in the human kingdom to become a unit of electrical wiring as we slowly build the foundation for the design and Plan of God here on Earth. So what we all must realize is that every person “is a unit of electricity” (A Treaties on White Magic, p 423 ). We don’t think of ourselves in that way, but the electrical energy in our body comes from a very high cosmic source: “the entire universe is a manifestation of electrical power” (Esoteric Psychology II p. 83). “There is nothing but electricity in manifestation…everything in Nature is electrical in nature; life itself is electricity” (Esoteric Healing, p. 377). So, all life of Earth depends on this electrical flow of energy; it is the basic energy that enables us to create the necessary foundation for the construction of God’s divine Plan. Whether we realize it or not, every human being is electrically connected to every other human being. Through our consciousness we can connect electronically with dozens, hundreds, thousands of other human beings who think like us. It is an electrical network in consciousness through which the divine energy of Love-Wisdom can flow and create a planetary sense of brotherhood. This is the foundation which Christ will need when He comes to build a new world order.

Now of course, today, such a human network can also create a terrible chaotic situation, and in some parts of the world that is what is happening. In this electrical network of human beings the quality of the energy flowing through it can be bad or good; it all depends on the intent of the sender; is it a flow of love and goodwill, or a flow of hate and criticism. Currently, in 2025, there is a small group of dictators and authoritarians ruling large segments of the world. Their selfish demand for political power and their love of money often determines the words they speak; it is often negative criticism which creates chaos and even war in some cases. So even though these selfish individuals are part of the electronic network, the electrical flow is badly wired, so to speak. The wiring in the structure they are selfishly building often causes all the lights to blow out, leaving the building in darkness. This may be fine for the dictator because he thinks he is the light of the world and the world should follow him.

But thankfully a larger and more positive flow of energy is now flowing through the electrical network calling for peace and goodwill and creating a well wired structure that brings spiritual light and illumination into the world. There is no dictator mobilizing this flow of goodwill; it is simply a large portion of the network speaking out as a way of serving the needs of the world. This doesn’t create chaos, hatred and darkness; it creates the building of a solid structure of love and a firm foundation for Christ.

Now in the past several decades, with the development of the internet—an electrical structure—large numbers of human beings have more easily been able to relate to each other. We now have social media, cell phones, blogs, podcasts, TikTok, X, etc. and many other personal ways of communicating. And related to all this is the creation of AI (artificial intelligence). But since this form of intelligence is “artificial”, does it really develop human intelligence to evolve toward a more subjective and spiritual way? In fact, it may be starting to develop in the opposite direction. The film industry in Hollywood has recently created an AI actress for a film. She is not a real person, only an artificial one. And this is causing much confusion and backlash in the Hollywood industry. Is this the direction Hollywood is going? Will real actors no longer need to be hired, thus saving money for the industry? Could all films from now on be made by AI? There are also reports coming out about how AI is positively affecting the U.S. economy by the construction of more AI companies. It will likely have an impact on many world economies as did the internet back in the 1990s. But my question is, is this a good thing? If this material process is continued by the film industry and a national economy, will it help the development of real human intelligence? Do we really want this other type of electrical “mind” to do our thinking, to write our papers and documents? Will this method ever bring us liberation from the great world of illusion? Wouldn’t it slow down the way that will eventually enable human consciousness to expand and develop more widely; a way that will enable every human being to leave hatred and selfishness behind and evolve to the more positive level of group consciousness where the electrical energy of Love-Wisdom can flow freely? This is the plan of the human Soul, which governs our lives, and we incarnate into this world to carry out this plan. And this electrical energy will eventually create a purely subjective internet where the real human mind and way of thinking will not be artificial; it will move us in the direction we should be going: up the electrical ladder toward a much higher frequency where we can communicate with those higher Beings Who now guide the world and Who communicate over Their telepathic internet. This will create a more firm foundation on which the more highly evolved people will stand as the perfect wiring system throughout the world. This will create a radiant foundation on which the glorious, loving electrical Light and Life and Power of God to radiate into the solar system. As far as we can understand it, this is the divine Plan of God. So it depends on us to create this beautiful structure with its proper wiring and brilliant lighting. And when our intelligence has evolved to the higher degree of understanding that the inflow of the electrical energy of divine Love is more important in this world than the selfish love of money, then, we will have come to our senses.

Now, of course, all of this building will take thousands of years to accomplish through the entire Aquarian Age. It will take each of us many life times. But as has been said, life is electrical and has no end; it is the same for our “Being”: we have no end; death is only a process we have been through many times.

I would like to close with a beautiful statement from the Bhagavad Gita:

“Know thou, O Prince of Pandu, that there never was a time when I,
nor thou, nor any of these princes of earth was not; nor shall there
ever come a time, hereafter, when any of us shall cease to be.”

So my dear friends, today there may be a “withering of the law”, but do not live in fear because the divine electric energy of Love will lift you up. Let it stream from your heart into the world.
